Flashback Friday

I'm not sure what defines a 'flashback', so hopefully this is far enough. A boy in one of the small groups I work with at the school I am student teaching at was doing really well on a comprehension strategy we were working on (making inferences). I was so impressed, I told him he was the official 'inference king'. I also told him he was very smart, to which he replied, "Ya I know. When I grow up, I was to be a lawyer." Then he added, "And a professional wrestler." He went on to tell me he wanted to first become a professional wrestler. After he became famous, he would switch gears and then become a lawyer. Hey, at least he's got a plan!
