Yesterday, T would absolutely consider an abnormal day.

Huzzah!
I enjoy cooking, I just don't enjoy the energy I have to exert while cooking. If there was a way where cooking gave me more energy, I would totally do so everynight.
Anyway, it was a good night.
This recipe is right up T's alley and even John Wayne enjoyed it, if his cheesy grin means anything at all*.
*I actually said, "John Wayne, smile!" and this is what I got.

When I taught I always did crock pots practically every day. It was so nice to turn prep at night and put it in the fridge, turn it on in the morning, then come home to a house smelling good and dinner ready. Plus a hot lunch of left overs at school were nice.
