What the...?

Question: Why do the neighbors above us find it necessary to make ridiculously huge amounts of noise at the most obscure times (i.e. 9:30 PM, 2 AM, and 4:30 AM)?

They are either a.) moving big, bulky funiture around the apartment for no apparent reason, b.) purposely tipping over their furniture and placing it upright due to a sick pleasure, or c.) Doing the doing dance Jennifer Beals does in Flashdance to the song, 'She's a Maniac'.

I think the most likely answer is c.

Grrr...I remember those apartment life moments. It is nice to not have to deal with it anymore. Although now I have to deal with loud mexican music blaring from the construction workers during the day. Sometimes my TV still won't be loud enough to tune it out. You win some, you lose some, I guess.
