Rendezvous Days

Rendezvous Days.
Bigger than the fourth around here.
It's this huge festival celebrating the frontier men founding this part of Wyoming.
There's a huge parade, fireworks, rodeo, and some type of reenactment (I WISH we could have gone to that.)
As odd as it sounds (at least to me) to have this giant celebration a week after the fourth, people really get into it.
T and I actually had a really good time.

Eating some grub.
Happily waiting for the parade to start.
We are too cool.
My favorite part of the parade you ask?
Kids in their miniature wagon, with their miniature horses pulling them.

Best. Rendezvous Days. Ever.

THat's how the 24th is down here. Its something with small towns I think. Pioneer day bigger than 4th of July-cracks me up. Looks like it was a lot of fun.
