Friday night.
Some people call it 'date night'.
This week and next = AIMS prep. I hate AIMS.
I NEEDED a date!
T suggested we go to the drive-in.
The drive-in is within less than 3 miles of our house.
We consider ourselves lucky.
This face always makes me laugh.
I had to beg him to let me take a picture.
Consider yourselves lucky.
We couldn't get a sitter.
T convinced me we needed to at least try it to know if it would work out.
We thought the odds we in our favor because:
- He had been asleep for sometime already.
- He had been in a fairly good mood for most of the day.
- If he did start crying maybe it wouldn't be a problem because we were inside our car.
- The moment he did start becoming difficult, we could just drive away.
It worked out ok, even though I spent the last half of the movie outside of the car walking around, trying to calm Baby J down.

good for you! We have taken Claire to the cheap seats theater a couple times and she did great! I think she loved to look at the HUGE screen! Sometimes you just HAVE to go out and do something fun, even if the babe is tagging along!
haha you guys are brave- though you are right...I suppose that's a good date night considering the odds were in your favor :) What did you go see?
